Have the peace of mind knowing that your project is in the hands of professionals who care about your project as much as you do. RPM brings your concept into three dimensions using the best processes to match your specific application, materials and design.
Our areas of expertise include:
Presentation models
We specialize in presentation models—this is where our attention to detail and artistic abilities serve you best. These high-quality models are ideal for use in photo shoots, trade shows, focus groups and other sales and marketing activities. No matter the complexity of your project components, features such as over-molding, chrome plating, custom textures, finishes, graphics, silk screening and color matches make our models look and feel just like the real product.
It's the finishing touches that turns a part into a product. All of our high-end finishes can be applied to the processes listed below.

3D Rapid Prototyping
An additive manufacturing process, these state-of-the-art processes builds parts incrementally without the need for tooling, which saves you time and money.
- SLA (Stereolithography) produces accurate models from a wide range of UV curable resins, comparable to ABS, polycarbonate and polypropylene. Ideal for form, fit and function, testing, and presentation models as well as casting patterns for metal and urethane castings.
- SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) yields accurate models from sintered materials. Used for testing, form, fit and function, as well as limited run production. The rugged nature and physical properties make this process ideal for testing purposes.
- DMLS (Direct Metal Laser Sintering) builds high-precision parts in a wide range of metals. Using data taken directly from your CAD designs, this process is ideal for those jobs that require a fast turnaround. Click here to learn more on materials, characteristics and applications.
CNC machining and routing
From individual units to high quantities, CNC machining can be used for precision plastic and metal parts. Our computer-enabled routers provides you industry-leading capacity and offers broad flexibility, which is ideal for larger formatted pieces such as display panels and vacuum-forming tools.
Vacuum forming
Specialized tooling allows us to provide you quality first-article parts within 5-7 days. Great for product packaging and signage.

Injection molding
Our injection molding methods include epoxy, aluminum and steel molds. Let us help you decide which is the ideal process for your project.
RTV rubber molding and urethane casting
Our rubber molds compare to that of aluminum tooling but at a fraction of the price. We provide top-of-the-line urethane casting that can be color matched and incorporate cast-in inserts, over-molding and living hinges. Perfect for short-run production and samples. FDA and UL-rated materials available.

Fabrication
Machined and hand-crafted components are combined to create one-of-a-kind prototypes in a wide range of materials. Fabrication can be used for point-of-purchase displays, medical equipment and consumer goods.
